Hey everyone, I’m looking for a reliable and accurate gratuity calculator for UAE employees. There are so many websites online, but they all give slightly different results, which is confusing. From what I understand, the most accurate calculators are the ones based on official UAE labour law (MOHRE rules), since gratuity is calculated using basic salary and years of service with fixed formulas (21 days for first 5 years, 30 days after that). I also came across a accurate Gratuity Calculator UAE online which seemed useful, but I’m not sure if it follows the exact official calculation or not. Has anyone used a calculator that gives results close to the final settlement? Or is it better to rely on MOHRE-based tools only? Would love to hear your suggestions
