I'm in a bit of a spot with my Pajero and I'm hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. It's been making this awful grinding noise from underneath whenever I turn, especially at low speeds, and a friend who knows a bit about cars said it sounds like the transfer case might be on its way out. The thing is, I work in Sharjah and live in Ajman, so I really don't have the time to drop my car off at a garage and wait around for days. I've seen those 800Sayara vans around and I know they do pick-up and drop-off, which would be a lifesaver. I was wondering if anyone has used them for something as serious as a transfer case repair, since it's not exactly a routine oil change. I'm hoping to discover more about their expertise with 4x4 systems before I commit, because I really don't want to risk someone messing up the drivetrain and making it worse. If you've had experience with them for any major mechanical work in Sharjah, please let me know how it went.
